THUNDER PLAINS

PROLOGUE



A mighty illness struck the heroes, bringing the three from the light to their knees. In a matter of survival, the light turned to the dark. Old scars were once more opened, not for the first, nor for the last time. A leader who wanted to keep his people safe, A mother and a father who saw something in the Dark Link's heart that he yet has to figure out on his own, a warrior who has nothing to gain and everything to lose as he confronts his fears. Four of the same village, so very different from one another.


As the warriors traveled into the marsh, Great injuries were dealt to them, their ability to complete the task severely reduced, but they pushed on. Then separated due to danger and one remained. Chancing upon a mysterious female, dancing and laughing in the swamp, jesting with the warrior under the name of Dinnalidia, and mocking the blessing he received, yet couldn't use.


Yet, when the lives of everyone that involved themselves with his mission were needed, Dinilidia revealed her true, Divine form, the Goddess Din. Using her blessing with the help of an ailing, yet hardheaded Sheik, the Death Wraith that needed to be slain was defeated, it's blood turned to powerful medicine. Now the group travels once more to the Skull Mountain, but not without traversing the treacherous and potentially lethal field that led there... The Thunder Plains. If they survive this challenge, their second goal shall soon be realized...
